Birthdays are always special, but capturing two siblings celebrating together made 2025 unforgettable for me. I had the privilege of working with the Harris family to document their son’s 15th birthday and their daughter’s 14th—a rare occasion where the joy of growing up seemed doubled. The celebration was lively and heartwarming, filled with friends, family, and the playful energy that only siblings can bring. My lens followed the little details that told their story: shared laughter as they cut the cake side by side, balloons floating around the room, bursts of cheers during games, and the unspoken bond between brother and sister shining through in every candid frame. Through Prism Capture, my aim was to not just document a party, but to preserve the spirit of youth, family togetherness, and the joy of milestones celebrated in unity.
